Being asked to be part of this brand new light festival in Alkmaar was a blast! We where projecting on the Waag tower wich marks THE center of Alkmaar, making it the perfect backdrop for a singing swinging vocal performance. In the end it was a small extra to the bigger picture wich was Alkmaar Light Festival 2020.

The brand new Alkmaar Light Festival had its baptism of fire on 2 and 3 October. A surprising walking route along light art, live classical music, video art and live performances provided a varied experience for young and old. The festival was sold out prematurely. The inventive character of the festival created an extraordinary appearance for Alkmaar. That - together with the wildly enthusiastic public reactions - calls for a second edition in 2021.
